Permit Applications
I have successfully coordinated over 30 Mobile Plant Permit MPP deployments, along with numerous deposit for recovery applications. I have overseen several variations, transfers and bespoke applications. Many of the MPP deployments I have implemented and managed, have been for Brownfield redevelopment of some heavily contaminated sites, utilising many remediation techniques to treat hazardous waste for compliant reuse. I understand the interface between the environmental waste permits and the other permits and consent such as the CL:AIRE Definition of Waste approve Code of Practice(DoWCoP), Waste Exemptions, Authority Enforcement Positions, discharge consent and Regulatory Position Statements to name a few. I have managed the planning/ provision and actual permit surrender of site based permits including bespoke deposit for recovery and low risk landfill.
